General Instructions:
1: Educational certificates should be attested by the relevant board/university. Experience certificates should be attested by the issuing organization.
2: The experience certificate should clearly mention the duration of employment, responsibilities, and the last drawn salary. A valid police verification certificate issued by the Punjab Police is mandatory.
3: Candidates will be required to submit an affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs. 100/- or more. All documents submitted with the affidavit should be original and accurate.
4: A written test, technical test, typing test, or performance evaluation will be conducted for all positions.
5: Candidates with experience in a recognized medical university or institution will be given preference. All required documents must be certified by a gazetted officer.
6: Selected candidates may be posted at any campus of the university (City, Jinnah Campus, or Kala Shah Kaku).
7: Only individuals holding a domicile of Punjab province are eligible to apply. The age of the applicant should not exceed 55 years by the closing date.

How to Submit Your Application: ?
Step#01: The application submission process consists of 02 stages: online submission and manual submission. Both stages must be completed.
Step#02: Applicants should fill out the online form available on the UHS website http//forms.uhs.edu.pk/jobs. Ensure all details are complete and correct, as once submitted, no changes will be allowed.
Step#03: After successfully completing the application, click on the Print and Download button to take a printout of the form.
Step#04: Applicants will need to pay the processing fee in the form of a bank challan. The relevant fee can be paid through the bank challan via the link provided at fm.uhs.edu.pk or at any branch of the Bank of Punjab.
Step#05: Candidates with experience in a renowned medical university or institution will be given preference. All required documents must be certified by a gazetted officer.
Step#06: The fee details and rates are as follows: For BPS 01 to 04 positions, a fee of 100/- rupees is required; for BPS 05 to 11 positions, a fee of 500/- rupees is required; and for BPS 17 positions, a fee of 2000/- rupees is specified.
Step#07: The completed application printout, certified educational documents, experience certificate, national ID card, domicile, passport-size photographs, and bank challan should be submitted either by mail or in person to the required address.
Step#08: Applicants can submit their applications to the University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore, by the above-mentioned date of 25th March 2025.
