Procedure and General instructions to submit Application
Step#01: Candidates should submit their applications for the positions from Serial No. 01 to 02, along with certified copies of educational certificates, domicile, ancestral certificate, and national identity card, to the Population Welfare Secretariat, Block No. 06, Basement Room No. 206, by the above-mentioned date.
Step#02: Candidates for positions from Serial No. 03 to 05 should submit their applications along with certified copies of educational certificates, degrees, domicile, ancestral certificate, and national identity card to the Population Welfare Directorate, House No. B-70, Upper Chhatar Housing Scheme, Muzaffarabad, by the above-mentioned date.
Step#03: Candidates for Serial No. 06 positions should submit their applications along with educational documents to the District Population Welfare Office, Mirpur, House No. 948, Bin Khurman, Mian Muhammad Town, by the above-mentioned date.
Step#04: Employees already temporarily appointed in the department can submit their applications through proper channels, and they will be given preference.
Date for Test and Interview
1: Written test for candidates serial number 01 to 02 will be held on 02 March 2025 at Government Model Science College, Upper Chatter, Muzaffarabad, at 10:00 AM.
2: The test and interview for candidates serial number 04 to 05 will be held on 05 March 2025 at Nizamate Aali Welfare Department, House No. B-70, Upper Chatter Housing Scheme, Muzaffarabad, at 10:00 AM.
3: The test for candidates applying for serial number 06 will be held on 01 March 2025 at the District Welfare Department Office, Mirpur, House No. 948, Bin Khurman, Mian Muhammad Town.
4: The test for candidates applying for serial number 06 will be held on 01 March 2025 at the District Welfare Department Office, Mirpur, House No. 948, Ban Khurma, Mian Muhammad Town.
Note: During the test, no candidate will be allowed to carry a mobile phone.
