The announcement for the jobs in the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Mansehra has been made through the advertisement in Daily Mashriq newspaper. Applications are invited from eligible candidates residing in District Mansehra for the recruitment of teachers on regular basis for the following vacancies in government (female) schools under the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, District Mansehra. These vacancies will be non-transferable for the initial 5 years.Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria specified by the department will be eligible to submit their applications on the prescribed form. Upper Age Limit and General Relaxation

However, relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided according to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Posts Initial Appointment (Age Relaxation) Rules 2008.
Quota Explanation
A quota of 2% is reserved for persons with disabilities, 5% for minorities, and a separate quota for transgender individuals. A certificate from the Standing Medical Board is mandatory for persons with disabilities.Provided that the disability does not hinder the performance of duties. For transgender individuals, it is mandatory to be registered with the Zakat Ushr, Welfare, Education, and Women Empowerment Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by the application deadline. A certificate from the relevant department must be submitted in this regard.

Note: After selection and appointment, a mandatory 9-month in-service training must be completed from government institutions PRDC/DPD. Application Procedure and General Instructions
Step#01: The application procedure is available on the official website of ETEA. The details of the vacant positions in the relevant districts, along with the application form, are provided on the ETEA website.
Step#02: The recruitment test will be conducted in phases, and the procedure will solely be based on the discretion of ETEA.
Step#03: Separate merit lists will be prepared at the district level for each position, where the scores obtained in the ETEA test and the educational qualification marks will be combined.
Step#04: Candidates must obtain 50% marks in the ETEA test to be eligible. It is mandatory to bring original educational certificates along with the original identity card during the verification of documents.
Step#05: CGPA will not be considered, and it is essential to obtain a certified percentage certificate from the Controller of Examinations of the respective university to convert CGPA into numerical marks.
Step#06: In case of appointment, the candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Act 1973 (Amended) 2022.
Step#07: All appointments will be based on the domicile of the respective districts. It is mandatory for the candidate to have a domicile of the relevant district.
Step#08: The appointment of Primary School Teachers will be made in accordance with Section 03 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Appointment, Deputation, Posting, and Transfer Teacher, Lecturers, Instructors, and Doctors Regulatory Act 2011.
Step#09: Female candidates can apply for each post based on either their own or their husband's domicile.
Step#10: It is mandatory for women to get their marriage certificate (Nikah Nama) computerized from NADRA. Women applying on both domiciles simultaneously will be considered ineligible.
