Step#01: Candidates Applications with attested copies of Education Certificate, Experience Certificate, Domicile, National Identity Card along with 03 latest photographs.Submit to the office of the Deputy Dean, Federal Post Graduate Medical Institute, Lahore.
Step#02: Candidates must also submit the proposed form along with the application. Prescribed Application Form Website www.skzmdc.edu.pk Available at. from where candidates can easily download.
Step#03: Applicants will also have to pay a processing fee of Rs.500/- which can be deposited in the relevant account in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan.
Step#04: Candidates must attach original copy of bank challan with their application form.
Step#05: Elections for these posts will be conducted under the rules and regulations of Sheikh Zayed Post Graduate Medical Institute.
Step#06: Application forms are also available from the office of Accounts Section, Sheikh Zayed Post Graduate Medical Institute on payment of the said fee.
Step#07: Individual belonging to other province can also apply. However, they will be considered for appointment to the post on contract for 02 years or until availability of suitable candidates from the concerned province, whichever is earlier.
